Core Services Included in All Packages

  • Monthly Data Processing: Categorization and recording of all financial activity

  • Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconciliation of up to 3 linked bank and credit card accounts

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Delivery of core financial statements (P&L/Income Statement & Balance Sheet; Statement of Activities & Statement of Financial Position for NPOs/Churches)

  • Year-End Tax Prep Package: Preparation of all reports and documents needed by your CPA/Tax Preparer

  • Cloud Access & Basic Support: Secure cloud access to financials and reasonable email/phone support


Project-Based & One-Time Services

These services are billed outside the monthly fixed fee, often at a blended hourly rate equivalent.

  • Historical Cleanup/Catch-up

    Getting the books current for prior periods (e.g., to file taxes)

    Per Hour: $75 -$125/hour OR Flat Fee based on assessment

  • Initial Client Setup/Onboarding

    Establishing Chart of Accounts, software integration, and process documentation

    Flat Fee: $400 - $850

  • Annual 1099/1096 Preparation

    Preparation and e-filing of contractor forms

    Flat Fee: $175 base + $7/form (after first 10)

  • CPA/Audit Support: (Special Inquiry)

    Direct response to auditor or specialized financial investigation

    Per Hour: $100 - $150/hour

These are priced based on volume and are added to your core package fee.

  • Accounts Payable (A/P)

    All clients (SMB, NPO, Church): Management of vendor bills, payment scheduling, and execution

    Additional Monthly Fee Range: $125 - $400

  • Accounts Receivable (A/R)

    For-Profit Businesses: Invoicing, collections tracking, and deposit management

    Additional Monthly Fee Range: $125 - $400

  • Designated Fund/Grant Tracking

    Nonprofits & Churches: Essential for tracking restricted funds, grants, and programs

    Additional Monthly Fee Range: $175 - $500

  • Sales Tax Compliance

    For-Profit Retail/Service Businesses: Preparation of necessary Georgia (GA) sales tax filings

    Additional Monthly Fee Range: $100 - $250

  • Payroll Integration & Review

    All clients (via 3rd Party): Review of external payroll reports and GL posting

    Additional Monthly Fee Range: $75 - $200

  • Functional Expense Reporting

    Nonprofits: Required for detailed Form 990 preparation
